My Account
Get a quick snapshot of all the activity on your account, including previous searches, previous orders and incomplete orders.
Account Preferences
Edit your user information online.

Tips
Accessible anywhere on the Web site, this window contains hints and information specific to the screen that is currently displayed in the system. Please be sure to deactivate any pop-up blockers so you can view the Tips window.
Get Total
See the count total for your search as you go. There's no need to wait until all demographic and geographic selections have been made. Get an intermittent picture of what the search looks like after each change to the query.
Create Report
Create multitiered search report breakdowns. Use the Reports function to segment your search results into subtotals by geography, demographics and other selectors.
Modify/Rerun
Running the same search you did last week? No need to start over; simply use the Modify/Rerun function to update your search.
Previous Searches
Provides easy access to your previous search history and allows you to quickly place orders or modify searches.

Suppress Orders
This feature allows users to avoid duplication of previous orders in the search they are currently building. All suppressions are performed during the count stages so users know ahead of time how many records are available before they place their orders.

This allows users to suppress previously saved counts. All suppression is performed during the count stage so users know how many unique records are available before they place their orders.
Download Orders
View orders that are ready for download. You can download completed orders for 14 days from the order date.
Previous Orders
Easily scan your order history and complete any partial orders you may have started but didn't have time to finish.
